Adventures Unlimited headquarters north of Milton, is one of the finest family camping and recreation facilities on the Gulf Coast and Florida. Located on 88 wooded acres at the confluence of Wolfe Creek and Coldwater Creek are:

RESERVATIONS FOR LODGING

1. There are two night minimums on all AUOC family style lodging facilities and campground in the off season. *Three nights in season and on holidays.*
2. A one night stay damage deposit and full prepayment of lodging is required.
3. No pets are allowed - No exceptions.
4. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-239-6864 or 850-623-6197. Please have your Visa, Master Card, or Discover card # ready.
5. There is a 14 day cancellation period on family size accommodations and a 180 day cancellation period on group accommodations.

CABIN RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. Check in time is anytime after 4:pm. Anyone checking in after the AUOC office has closed will use the “Late Check in Box”
2. Check out time is 11:am. Quiet hours are from 10:pm to 7:am.
3. Prepayment is required on all cabins. There is a two week cancellation period on all family style cabins and campgrounds. If a cancellation is made outside of two weeks there is a $35.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled inside the 14 day cancellation period, the prepayment is forfeited.
4. From Memorial Day to Labor Day there is a three night minimum on all
   furnished cabins. The exception to this rule is that if you call to
   make a reservation within 48 hours of the night you wish to check in, and
   that cabin is available, you can rent it for less than three nights.
5. On holiday weekends there is a three night minimum on all family
   style
   cabins and campsites.
6. Smoking and pets are prohibited inside all Adventures Unlimited’s
   cabins. There is a $100.00 charge for infractions.
7. Ground Fires are allowed in the provided fire ring only and guests
   should check with Adventures Unlimited about any county burn bans.
8. Many guests request a specific cabin, and while Adventures Unlimited
   can not guarantee specific cabins, we will honor the request if at all
   possible.
9. There are no refunds due to inclement weather. If there is a flood or hurricane bearing down on Adventures Unlimited, no refunds will be given, however, an AUOC voucher will be issued for the amount of the prepayment. This voucher can be used for anything AUOC offers for a 365 day period starting from the first day of the effected reservation.
10. Early departures due to weather or any other reason will not receive a refund. Maximum occupancy non compliance will result in additional charges.
11. Tents are not permitted at any cabin.
12. Property from inside the cabin may not be moved or taken outside. Charges will be processed for any items moved, taken outside or taken from the property.
13. There will be a $50.00 (per tree) charge for any live tree cut down or injured on cabin property.
14. There is a limit of two cars per cabin. Overflow parking at designated area is
    available. Ask guest services about overflow parking at check in.
15. Maintenance AUOC perform regular maintenance on each cabin on a regular basis, however, occasionally something malfunctions at the most inopportune times. The maintenance staff will do the best within their abilities to solve the problem as soon as possible and make you as comfortable as possible. Adventures Unlimited does NOT offer any discount credits for mechanical malfunctions, electric or water outages. If you encounter any problems during your visit please notify AUOC guest services if during business hours or the person “on call” if the problem occurs after hours.
16. Fire places are operational from October 15 to February 28.
17. Guest may visit the property from 8:am to 10:pm.

OTHER INFORMATION

There are NO televisions, telephones, clocks or radios in any of the cabins. If you need, you may feel free to bring your own.

Cell phone coverage is limited but steadily improving.
