Center at Adventures Unlimited is a resource created to assist
your staff to

techniques. It's designed to throw out "everyday" thought

confidence and mental flexibility, and it's even a great
physical workout.

Team & Leadership Center?
The Team & Leadership
Center, or
TLC
as we like to call it, is a broad curriculum of programs that
can be a one-day event, or include two or more days at our
resort or your location. It may be an individual activity or
part of a retreat. We will help you find the program to best fit
the needs and goals of your group.

What
Programs are available?
We
offer a broad variety of programs to meet your organizations
needs. These events range from adventure themed company
picnics, to strategic planning retreats, to an ongoing team
and leadership development relationship with your
organization. The core of our programs is experiential
learning, best exampled by our challenge course. However, we
also offer
on-site
evaluations, personality profile assessment, 360 degree
feedback training, and many other consulting services.
Our Center draws on the involvement and talents of many
experienced consultants and trainers, picked for their
contributions to local organizations.
At the end of each
workshop, a time is set aside for reflection and evaluation.
Together the group decides what worked, what didn't, and what
might be worth further exploration. Time is given to develop
methods of carrying these lessons back to the work place, so
that as a group they are committed to continuing the learning
and new approaches in their business life. And of course, these
new approaches and ideas lead to every business's number one
goal:
