From Memorial Day to Labor Day, there is a 2-night minimum during the week and a 3-night minimum on the weekends. We have a 2-night minimum everyday for the remainder of the year.

This one bedroom cottage has a full bath, mini equipped kitchen, fireplace (operational November 1st through March 1st), a screened in back porch and overlooks Wolfe Creek.
- Pet-Friendly $50.00 additional fee per pet. Maximum: 1 pet 40+ lbs or 2 pets below 40 lbs each.
- Summer holiday rate is $209.00 per night (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day Weekends)
Kitchen has 3/4 refrigerator, small stove top, coffee pot, microwave and toaster. You may want to bring paper towels, paper napkins, coffee filters, and beach towels for the river.
