From Memorial Day to Labor Day, there is a 2-night minimum during the week and a 3-night minimum on the weekends. We have a 2-night minimum everyday for the remainder of the year.
This one bedroom is located on Wolfe Creek. It has an equipped kitchen, a full bath, a screened-in porch, a murphy bed and a gas burning fireplace (operational November – March). There is a fire ring, grill and picnic table outside.
Cost: $199.00 per night plus taxes and fees. Capacity: 4 people.
- Accommodates pets for $50.00 additional fee per pet. Maximum: 1 pet 40+ lbs or 2 pets below 40 lbs each.
- Summer holiday rate is $209.00 per night (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day Weekends)
Kitchen equipped with full size appliances (no oven), coffee pot, microwave and toaster. You may want to bring coffee pot filters, paper towels, napkins and beach towels for the river.
