The Beatrix Potter’s room is wheelchair accessible with a ramp. It has a small seating area, a queen size bed, a small room with bunk beds, a bath with a large shower, a small microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. There is a private screened in porch with rocking chairs for your enjoyment. This room has internet access.

Summer holiday weekend rate: $169.00 per night (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day Weekends)
- From Memorial Day to Labor Day, there is a 2-night minimum during the week and a 3-night minimum on the weekends. We have a 2-night minimum everyday for the remainder of the year.
You may want to bring coffee filters, paper napkins, paper towels and beach towels for the river.
