From Memorial Day to Labor Day, there is a 2-night minimum during the week and a 3-night minimum on the weekends. We have a 2-night minimum everyday for the remainder of the year.

The one bedroom cabin, formerly known as Riverside I, sits on stilts and is located on Coldwater Creek. It has one queen size bed, a full-size futon, one set of bunks, a mini equipped kitchen, 1 bath, and a deck overlooking the river. There is a fire ring, grill and picnic table outside.

Kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, small stove top and oven, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. You may want to bring coffee filters, paper napkins, paper towels and beach towels for the river.
Sleeping arrangements: One bedroom with a queen size bed, one full-size futon sleeper on the main cabin floor, and one set of bunks in a separate alcove
